Silverstein Photography Annual: Aude Pariset

Invited as a guest curator for Bruce Silverstein Gallery’s 3rd annual invitational exhibition—a platform dedicated to advancing emerging voices in contemporary photography within New York’s cultural landscape. Operating under the guidance of curatorial advisor Nathan Lyons, the initiative selected ten prominent curators from major New York institutions to nominate and contextualize an artist deserving of broader critical recognition.

Representing the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), I nominated French photographer Aude Pariset. The exhibition featured Pariset's work alongside curatorial statements that framed her practice within current photographic discourse.

The project brought together institutional representatives from across New York City, including curators from the Brooklyn Museum, NYU Tisch, Museum of the City of New York, The Jewish Museum, White Columns, and Hunter College Art Galleries.
